Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all TrustNetwork24 services, including IRC shells, reseller shells, VPS, and web hosting. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP and our Terms of Service.
1) General principles
Our goal is reliability and safety for all customers. Activities that create abuse complaints, legal risk, or instability are not allowed.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Do not harm, disrupt, or compromise our systems, other customers, or third parties.
- We reserve the right to investigate suspected abuse and take action to protect the platform.
2) Prohibited activities (zero tolerance)
The following are strictly prohibited on any TrustNetwork24 service:
- Spam, unsolicited messaging, bulk emailing, or mail bombing.
- Phishing, fraud, impersonation, or collection of credentials/personal data without consent.
- Malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, botnets, or command-and-control activity.
- Port scanning, vulnerability scanning, exploitation, brute force attempts, or unauthorized access.
- DDoS attacks, stressers/booters, amplification, or tools intended for disruption.
- Hosting or distributing illegal content, including CSAM, or content that violates applicable law.
- Copyright infringement at scale (e.g., warez distribution) or persistent DMCA-style complaints.
3) IRC / bot usage rules
IRC-related usage is allowed where it is reasonable and does not create abuse complaints or network disruption. You are responsible for compliance with the rules of any IRC networks you connect to.
- No flooding, mass-joins/parts, or activities designed to disrupt IRC networks.
- No evasion of network bans, restrictions, or operator enforcement.
- No scanning or harvesting nicknames/hosts for abuse purposes.
- If an IRC network requests action regarding abuse, we may suspend the relevant account(s).
max processes per user apply and may be enforced automatically.
4) Resource abuse & fair use
We do not oversell intentionally, but fair use applies to protect stability for all customers.
- Excessive CPU, memory, disk I/O, or network usage that impacts other customers may be limited.
- Running heavy miners, abusive load tests, or “always maxed” workloads without approval is not allowed.
- We may apply throttling, suspend processes, or request you upgrade to a VPS/other product.
5) Reseller responsibilities
If you have a reseller shell account, you are responsible for your end users and their activities. White-label usage does not remove responsibility.
- You must enforce this AUP with your customers.
- Repeated abuse from your users may result in suspension of your reseller account.
- You must keep accurate customer contact details for abuse follow-up when requested.
6) Complaints, enforcement & suspension
We may take action immediately to prevent harm or downtime.
- Actions may include warnings, process termination, port blocks, account suspension, or service termination.
- In severe cases (e.g., malware, DDoS, fraud), we may suspend first and investigate after.
- We may require identity verification to continue service where risk is high.
7) Reporting abuse
If you need to report abuse, contact us with as much detail as possible (timestamps, logs, IPs, evidence).
- Email: support@trustnetwork24.net
- WhatsApp: 447497518644
8) Changes to this policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the updated policy.
