Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TrustNetwork24 services. By ordering or using any service, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

1) Services provided

TrustNetwork24 provides hosting-related services, including IRC shells, reseller shells, VPS hosting, and web hosting. Service features, limits, and pricing are defined on our website and order pages.

2) Account registration & responsibility

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must keep login credentials secure and confidential.

3) Billing, payments & VAT

  • All services are billed monthly and prepaid unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are shown in GBP. TrustNetwork24 is currently not VAT registered.
  • Invoices must be paid on time to avoid suspension.
  • Failure to pay may result in service interruption or termination.

4) Refund policy

Due to the nature of hosting services and instant provisioning, payments are generally non-refundable.

  • No refunds for partial months or unused time.
  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension.

5) Suspensions & termination

  • We may suspend or terminate services for violation of our AUP or Terms.
  • We may suspend services to protect network stability or respond to abuse.
  • Serious violations may result in immediate termination without notice.

6) Reseller accounts

  • Resellers are responsible for their end users and their activities.
  • White-label use does not remove responsibility.
  • Repeated abuse from reseller users may lead to termination.

7) Data & backups

  • You are responsible for maintaining your own backups unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • We are not responsible for data loss caused by user actions, software issues, or third-party attacks.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustNetwork24 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business.

9) Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
